It shouldn't surprise anyone that the Left loves the idea of screwing over the evil rich to prop up the current way Social Security is financed. Part of their plan is to force high income individuals to pay in more taxes and then be barred from receiving any benefits under their means testing guidelines. From Mike Lester:
